My order showed up really quickly, and the cold packs were still completely solid when I opened the box, so everything seemed well packed and properly chilled. I’m glad it arrived in good shape, though considering the shipping expectations and what I paid, I’d still expect some kind of compensation or credit if anything had been even slightly off

Just a quick warning for anyone ordering: the checkout process worked totally fine and I didn’t have any issues placing the order, but my package showed up later than expected. Not a huge disaster, but if you need something by a specific date, I’d be careful and give yourself extra time.

I really do love ordering Skyline stuff to have at home, but shopping for it online can be a little frustrating. A few things I was excited to get were out of stock, and I ended up checking back multiple times, which was kind of disappointing.

When the items are actually available, the process is super easy and my delivery went perfectly fine. I just wish they kept more products in stock or at least gave clearer restock updates so it didn’t feel like such a guessing game

I ordered through skylinechili.com it all came just how I picked it. Nothing was missing, no random substitutions, and the extra cheese actually made it in there too. It’s one of those things where you don’t think much about it unless it goes wrong, you know, like that one time with the other place. Simple experience, but I definitely appreciate an online order being right. I’d order again.

I tried Skyline Chili and the flavor was kind of hit or miss for me. The spices are definitely different, a little sweet, and not really what I was expecting. It wasn’t bad, but I don’t think it’s something I’d go out of my way to crave often. Also, the whole ownership/management situation felt a little unclear, like it wasn’t obvious who was actually in charge if you had a question or issue. Overall, 3 stars feels fair.

In the end, I’d probably get it again. It tastes good, and the cheese really helps balance things out, but I did think it was a little too sweet for my taste.
